We are excited to invite you to our next Open Workshop and Music Lab on June 27 in Bern.
Saturday, June 27
13:00-17:00, Bern
THE POWER OF SILENCE
Seeing the Invisible. Listening to the Unheard. Feeling the Essential.
In the self, in relationships, in society, and in the world.
Welcome to meet and experience the power of silence on your own and together as a group of participants from all walks of life, through the innerwork, group work, and music improvisation.
We will have space to learn and train oneself to see the invisible, listen to the unheard, feel the essential, and allow the self to be moved by the field or Universe — to find the right next moves, steps, actions, and/or unique creative expression of the self and what you do — in the visible world, in life, work, and society.
Being seen for who you are is quite a challenge in modern life, with a lot of informational “noise” amplified by technological advancements. But even without AI, it has always been quite difficult to be seen as a human being in one’s totality, behind status, class, gender, race, age, ability, culture, one’s own projections, or other social roles or labels, which makes one (systemically) blind, deaf, or unfeeling towards the other’s sentient, often invisible experiences, needs, emerging life forces, dreams or gifts.
Yet being blind, deaf, and unfeeling towards the other or the world is also important. We will work with it too, individually and collectively, to understand its meaning, find its essence, integrate it into our lives and the context we live in, and potentially find new ways of relating to it. Together, we will create space to discover fresh perspectives and spontaneous solutions to current life tasks or situations that may emerge from silence.
If it resonates with you, you are warmly welcome!
We can’t wait to meet you soon!
