We facilitate community processes and teamwork in the field, building relationships and addressing unresolved issues in the air, including misunderstandings, tensions, and conflicts, to allow the team to move forward, build resilience, reinvent itself/the organization, and increase effectiveness.
Our team retreats and team-building events are DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) in action when they are not a nice-to-have formal requirement but a strategic necessity to value diversity, become aware of one’s own ranks and privileges, and ensure the inclusion of the many different voices.
